Hi my name is Adam Conway Cowdrill - I'm the founder and potter of Pottery Conway. Pottery Conway gets its namesake from my middle name of Gaelic origin. The primary objective of the pottery is to produce beautiful and vibrant ceramics for you to use and enjoy. Making functional pots such as mugs, bowls, beakers and jugs is what really excites me. This passion for tableware comes from the desire to provide the intimate connection between person and pot. Knowing what great joy handmade ceramics bring into my life I wish to share this feeling with others. I consider it an honour to provide my customers with a mug, bowl or beaker that they can enjoy and even love. Having fun and being fearlessly present in the making process from throwing forms on my potters wheel to the final decorative glazing imbibes my ceramics with an aliveness and vitality.
